Total Health and Exercise, Personal Training Gym is a non-membership private personal training facility. Which provides certified professional independent trainers a location to train their clientele. The facility is a total of 4500sqf with locker rooms, showers, towel service, and a large selection of new functional fitness equipment. The fitness coaches are very educated and creative in how they approach each client. THE trainers focus on health and wellness programs ranging from; sports conditioning, weight management, strength training, general health, and weight loss.
Conveniently located in Englewood at 6979 S. Holly Circle (in the Homestead Park Medical Building). It close to the South Denver areas of the Denver Tech Center (DTC), Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village, Englewood, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Centennial and Littleton.
